Fourteen-day validation pilot · technical SMEs

Turn rough technical notes into a client-ready document.

Aventoza restructures and formats one existing quotation, service handover or work instruction without changing the underlying technical meaning.

Do not attach the real document yet. First share only its purpose, file type, page count, target reader and data categories.

What you receive

  • One existing document of up to ten pages
  • Clear hierarchy, headings, tables and consistent labels
  • Version, date, owner and approval fields where appropriate
  • Plain-language editing without inventing technical facts
  • Editable Word file, delivery-ready PDF and change summary
  • One correction round within the agreed scope

Technical boundary

We improve structure, readability and presentation. We do not certify, calculate or invent technical content. The client or qualified process owner remains responsible for prices, measurements, parts, instructions, compliance, safety and final approval.

Excluded from this pilot: legal, medical, HR, financial, regulated compliance and safety-critical procedures; special-category personal data; and documents requiring independent technical research.

Accepted only when

  • The source meaning is preserved
  • Uncertain information is separated for client review
  • The editable file and PDF open correctly
  • The agreed structure and branding are applied consistently
  • The client or qualified owner has the final technical review

Pilot stop rule: after twenty relevant applications or fourteen days, the offer stops if it produces no serious enquiry. It continues only after two paid pilots, or one paid pilot plus three qualified enquiries, while keeping actual delivery above €35 per working hour.
