Small pilots, agreed in writing
These terms apply only to business customers after a written quote is accepted. A website description alone is not a contract.
Contract party and scope
The provider is Nova AI Agency, trading through the Aventoza service brand, Pahri Ijlstra, KvK 42086002. The quote confirms the customer, exact deliverable, exclusions, price, applicable tax, delivery timing, acceptance test, correction round, transfer route and deletion date. Work starts only after the customer replies from its business email with an unambiguous acceptance such as “I accept quote [reference]”, and the complete metadata-only fit check and agreed restricted handoff are complete.
Price and payment
Displayed pilot prices exclude VAT where applicable. Unless the quote states otherwise, the customer pays after accepted delivery. A correct invoice is due within 14 days. No subscription or recurring charge is created by a pilot.
Delivery and acceptance
The customer either accepts the delivered file in writing or reports missing agreed items or factual processing errors within three working days. Silence is not described as explicit acceptance; Aventoza sends one documented follow-up and does not start new scope. One consolidated correction round covers only the written scope.
Customer responsibilities
The customer supplies accurate, safe information, confirms permission to use source material and follows the safe file handoff process. The customer checks facts, claims, prices, policies and local requirements before publication or operational use.
Aventoza boundaries
Aventoza does not invent evidence, reviews, certification, legal status or commercial results. Unless separately agreed, the customer publishes content, operates accounts, submits bids, signs contracts and handles its own customers, taxes and legal obligations.
Cancellation and stopping safely
Before work starts, either party may cancel without implementation cost. After work starts, cancellation and any payment are limited to the completed, usable portion stated in the written scope. Aventoza may refuse or stop work involving misleading claims, missing rights, prohibited content, sensitive unredacted data or pressure to provide unsupported guarantees.
No outcome guarantee
No sale, ranking, traffic, tender award, conversion improvement, compliance result or other commercial outcome is guaranteed. Recommendations are limited to the agreed evidence and scope.
Liability and disputes
Each party remains responsible for its own systems, decisions and statutory duties. Any liability limitation, governing law and dispute route are confirmed in the accepted quote so mandatory local B2B rules are not hidden or assumed.
